Carl Osipov

Carl has over 20 years of information technology industry experience, as a program manager at Google, an IT executive at IBM, and an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in his career he focused on growing IBM’s cloud business and was recognized for helping it to reach over 1 million registered users. He led projects, programs, and practices across the United States and Europe, including in the areas of machine learning, computational natural language processing, cloud computing, big data, and service-oriented architecture. Carl is an author of over 20 articles in professional, trade, and academic journals, an inventor with 6 patents at USPTO, and holds 3 corporate awards from IBM for his innovative work. His machine learning book, "MLOps Engineering at Scale" is now available in print from Manning Publications and other booksellers including Amazon.
