What happens after the gift subscription has expired?


Your gift is a one-time purchase and will not auto-renew on your credit card. We’ll notify your recipient before their subscription ends and give them the option to purchase an extension if they’re not ready to stop learning.


How I can share the gift I purchased?


When you purchase the gift, you will be able to select to send the gift by email where we will email it directly to your recipient on the day of your choice or you can print your gift.


When does my gift expire?

Your recipient has one year from the date the gift was purchased to redeem their gift.



Can I purchase multiple gift subscriptions?

Yes, you can purchase as many gift subscriptions as you would like. Please email us at [email protected] with the information about how many gifts you would like to purchase and we will accommodate your request. 



Can my gift be refunded?

Unfortunately, refunds will not be offered for gift subscriptions this time.
