Description

Everyone seeks to be understood. Whether at home or in the workplace, this is a central part of the human experience. From speaking with hundreds of data scientists, I find that many of them don’t feel like their work is understood by the decision-makers at their organizations.

When speaking with IT decision-makers, I get the same feeling. Many of them feel like they have highly qualified teams, but their data scientists don’t quite get the business. In this keynote we debunk the common assumptions of both data scientists and ITDMs so they can get the most out of their roles.
